Future tsunami, the impact of Iran's road insecurity on the health sector: Do policymakers know of innovative solutions?

Road accidents are a major public health crisis and problem and one of the political priorities of any country to deal with it around the world.
In Iran, road injuries play a more prominent role and are among the countries with the worst state of road insecurity (red situation) among the top 5 countries in the world. Statistics show that although the population of Iran is less than one percent of the total world population, but the percentage of road casualties in this country is 2 percent of global casualties and 1.5 times the global average.
In Iran, to reduce road safety and reduce accidents, given the experience of other countries and the challenges of exacerbating road safety in the future, we first need to develop a possible scenario for the future of road safety and then, considering factors such as establishing a permanent road safety council to monitor And road safety assessments can be very helpful.
